Return Eligibility:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

Return Process:

• Contact our support team with your order details.

• Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

• Refunds for eligible returns will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Timelines:

• Once a return is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Transaction Failures:
